CONTACT POLARIS

Start with the problem.
We can discuss the approach.

You do not need a technical specification. Tell us which decision, task or business process is concerning you. We can discuss an appropriate private engagement and next steps.

A DIRECT CONVERSATION

Tell us what you need
to understand or improve.

All Polaris work is individually commissioned and scoped. We do not operate a public code-upload portal or a self-service assessment platform.

01 / SOFTWARE ASSURANCE

What software are you concerned about?

Share the nature of the application, why you need an assessment and what decision you are facing. Please don't email repositories, credentials or proprietary source files before confidentiality and transfer arrangements have been agreed.

02 / AI TRAINING

What would you like people to do better?

Tell us who needs the training and a real task they struggle with, or a capability they want to develop.

03 / ADVANCED AI PROJECT ENGINEERING

Has your AI project become hard to manage?

Describe the kind of software, research or technical project, the tools you use and the problems you face with context, reviews, handovers or versions. You do not need to share private code to make an enquiry.

04 / INTEGRATION

What is taking too much time?

Describe the repeated task, the people or systems involved and why improving it would matter.

05 / PARTNERSHIPS

Do your clients need specialist assurance?

Tell us your advisory business, typical customers and the sort of commissioned assessment you have in mind.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

What happens after you contact us?

Useful guidance for a first confidential enquiry.

What should I include in an initial message?

Describe the decision you are facing or what is not working, the type of organisation or project, and any relevant deadline. Technical details can follow once we have agreed the right boundaries.

Should I attach source code, passwords or confidential documents?

No. Please do not send repositories, credentials or sensitive project documents in the first email. We can agree permissions, confidentiality and a suitable transfer method if further material is necessary.

Can buyers, sellers and advisers all enquire?

Yes. Tell us which role you occupy. Collaborative Technical Due Diligence is buyer-commissioned and requires advance agreement between the relevant parties; conventional engagements can use different agreed reporting arrangements.

Can you confirm a price or deadline immediately?

Not from a generic enquiry. Each project is scoped privately against its complexity, objectives, permissions and current delivery capability before fees and timetable can be agreed.
