START WITH YOUR OWN BUSINESS

Which of these sounds familiar?

You do not need to know which technology you need. Start with the concern or frustration you already recognise.

01 / SOFTWARE INTELLIGENCE

“We have invested in software. How do we know it is any good?”

You've paid developers, built with AI, or are considering a software acquisition. The product may appear to work, but what are you actually relying on?

What Polaris helps establish The technical risks, quality concerns and liabilities that deserve attention before they become expensive surprises.

02 / AI TRAINING

“We know AI could help. How do we actually use it well?”

People have AI tools, but need practical ways to check results and work together. More advanced users may be losing control of growing projects across chats and tools.

What Polaris helps you gain Practical skills and working methods that people can apply to their own roles, confidently and with appropriate checks.

03 / APPLIED AI & INTEGRATION

“Why are we spending so much time on work that ought to be easier?”

Staff re-enter information, chase updates, correct discrepancies and keep separate systems in sync by hand. It costs more than it should.

What Polaris helps improve The process itself: less avoidable effort, more reliable information and time reclaimed for work that matters.

THE COMPANY BEHIND THE SERVICES

One company.
Three connected strengths.

Software, people and business processes are not separate technology problems. They depend on one another.

Businesses depend on software they own or commission, people who need to use technology well, and workflows that move information between individuals and systems. Weakness in any one of those areas creates commercial cost and risk.

Polaris brings independent software investigation, hands-on AI development experience and practical systems thinking to those challenges. We help clients understand technical risks, develop useful capability and address inefficient processes.

Our work is privately commissioned and tailored to the business question. We do not sell access to a public scanning portal, pre-packaged automation or a generic training course. We agree what needs to be understood or improved, then scope the work accordingly.

01 / PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT

Understand the software you depend on.

02 / DEVELOP USEFUL SKILLS

Make AI genuinely useful to your people.

03 / RECOVER TIME

Find the work your business can do without.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF TECHNICAL PARTNER

We work with AI.
We also develop it.

The advice is grounded in direct experience, not simply familiarity with a few AI products.

We use artificial intelligence extensively in demanding development and business workflows. We also undertake in-house design, development and testing of AI systems, including experimental research into new architectures.

That experience informs both what we teach and how we approach implementation: what AI can do well, where it becomes unreliable, and when a simpler solution makes more commercial sense.

FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVISERS & CHANNEL PARTNERS

Already have the client relationship?
Bring in specialist assurance.

mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisers, part-time technology leaders and other professional intermediaries may need independent software assessment without establishing a new capability in-house.

ACTIVE IN-HOUSE AI RESEARCH

We're developing more than ways to use existing AI.

Resonance AI is our active in-house research programme into a different architecture for artificial intelligence: one that could retain knowledge over time, investigate incomplete evidence and help organisations keep control of their own intelligent systems and confidential expertise.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Not sure where to start?

A few straightforward answers before you approach us.

I am not sure which service I need. Where do I start?

Tell us the decision, concern or inefficient task you are facing. We can discuss whether the relevant next step is software assurance, AI training, advanced project training or process improvement.

Can you help if I am buying or selling a software business?

Yes. Technical Due Diligence investigates agreed technical concerns in a transaction. An optional collaborative, buyer-commissioned arrangement allows the seller to address findings under agreed disclosure rules, without controlling the independent conclusions.

Can I use Polaris without uploading software to a website?

Yes. All services start through direct, private enquiry. The website has no self-service scanner, customer portal or code-upload facility. Any later access is agreed separately.

Do I have to understand AI or technical language first?

No. Start with the problem and its business impact. We can explain the available approaches and their limitations in ordinary language.

How do fees and timescales work?

The work is privately scoped and quoted according to its objectives, complexity and available capacity. We do not publish fixed audit or training packages, and an initial enquiry is not a guarantee of availability.

YOUR NEXT STEP

What would you like to understand or improve?

Describe the software concern, the AI skills you want to develop, or the work in your business that is consuming too much time. We can start with a confidential conversation.
